The lead architect of this project, Ridhi Agarwal, managed to impress with her interior design skills and a keen eye for fine detail.
“Design is a journey”, she says, “and not the product (...) because the journey is far more fun, far more exciting and challenging when we put things together.”
Nestled in One Avighna Park, Mumbai, this enormous 5900 sq ft. 6BHK was a lengthy, labour-intensive expedition with many challenges along the way. No wonder it took 16 months to create this luxurious abode.

The Living Room
The moment you step in, the expansive space strikes your awe. The living room of this house is expansively large, nestling not one, but two seating areas: formal and informal. The setting of the space has a neutrally classy appeal to it, with earthy tones paired with wooden shelves, marble fixtures and a stunning wooden false ceiling. Sofa sets flaunt a stylish medallion of orange, beige, grey and black adding to the earthiness while maintaining unparalleled luxury.
Faux house plants lay atop the coffee tables, complementing the earthy personality of the room. The magnificent aura of this living room is further enhanced with the help of all kinds of warm lighting, giving a limitless look to this already vast oasis.

The prayer room radiates with high-energy vibrations. A stunning Buddha sculpture sits in the centre, surrounded by a spiritual aura created with the use of gold and white hues.
Our favourite part of this room is the ceiling that flaunts white and gold floral accents that double as ceiling lights. Lastly, the floor is covered in an abstract radial design that further boosts the positivity and energetic aura of the room.
The Balcony
The balcony incorporates phenomenal architecture with unique woodwork curves that enchant the eye.
One of the most remarkable features of this home is the balcony’s flooring, whose curves mirror the eastern express highway below to flow into it when viewed from high above visually. This element of architecture is meant to make you feel grounded and connected to reality, even from the 51st floor.
The expansive balcony also homes an impressive waterfall with serene ripples that calm your soul. Imagine sipping a cup of tea with nigh falling over the megacity sprawling in front of you. You’re bound to fall in love.
The Bedrooms
All bedrooms have been designed differently to cater to every individual’s tastes. We’ve played with varying colours and patterns in every room to mirror the personality of the resider.
Stunning headboards of textured patterns and playful designs hug the walls above the bed frames, while some rooms have exquisite wall art with indirect task lighting, bringing in an element of aesthetic goodness.
Bedrooms in this 6 BHK apartment are a masterful intermingle of ambient, natural and artificial lighting via lamps, chandeliers, regular ceiling lights, and wall-to-wall windows.
The house’s unique selling proposition is its ceiling height that is 11 feet tall. In addition, the wardrobes in all the bedrooms are 11 feet tall, which further accentuates the height.
One of the rooms consists of luxuriously patterned sliding doors which open up to a lavish TV room that homes classic hues paired with modern architecture.
The Baths
All bathrooms, like the bedrooms, have unique styles to them. All are differently designed and follow a different theme. Exciting hues, textured marble tops, and modern accents are what class up the bathrooms a notch.
The Kitchen
The kitchen of this home shies away from the theme of the rest of the house. However, somewhat basic, its charm is in its simplicity. White marble hugs every inch of this space, while ambient light covers every crook of it. Creating a bright space for the kitchen was vital to make sure tasks can be carried out efficiently.
“We’ve not limited ourselves to one material or one colour, we’ve played with shades of the same and layers of texture that have come together to create this space”, says Ridhi.
