Pankaj is a pragmatic, big-picture sort of guy who doesn't mind speaking in cliches. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a MS in Computer Science & started his career working for Computer Associates. Before co-founding Hipcouch, Pankaj was a co-founder at Dwll.in, which he successfully ran for a couple years, till it was acquired by Livspace.com. Pankaj has a undergraduate degree in engineering from NIT & a MBA from ISB, Hyderabad.

Parikshat started his career at Accenture Consulting before co-founding Dwll.in, which he successfully ran & sold to Livspace.com. Parikshat has an undergraduate degree in engineering from Rutgers University & a MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. In his free time Parikshat enjoys playing sport & traveling. 

Ridhi Agarwal is an accredited member of Council of Architecture. After having worked as an Architect and Project Management Consultant, she successfully ran her Design and Build studio for 3 years which was then acquired by Hipcouch. She is an Architect from School of Architecture and Planning (SAP), Anna University and a post graduate in Construction Management from NICMAR. To keep her sanity in check Ridhi loves to dance and travel
