What are the Payment Terms?

  • 20% after we share the cost estimate with you.

  • 35% after the first draft of the SketchUp views are shared, and reviewed by you

  • 35% after you approve the first draft of 3D views and before we proceed with the final 3D views

  • 10% after we share the entire set of GFC (Good For Construction) drawings with you

If at any point you are unhappy or dis-satisfied with the design service, we will refund all applicable fees after deducting an appropriate amount for the work that has been completed

Since we have built and currently operate a luxury resort we had very specific ideas and inputs about how our new office would look and feel.
