Hipcouch is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor

Key Skills

• Strong verbal and written (English) communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD

• 4+ years experience in residential/commercial interiors

• In-depth understanding of how the design process works

• Attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality

Job Role

• Responsible for checking the drawings, monitoring and follow up to ensure the work progress as planned and according to the project schedule.

• Coordination of interior works along with services and finishes as per the drawing and the client's requirements.

• Ensure project quality standards and monitor that the contractors/vendors are maintaining the same.

• Communicate any project risks & issues to management and relevant contractors/vendors, as required.

• Estimate materials and labour (s) required to achieve project goals. Escalate to the management/contractors/vendors in case of shortage of materials, which are required to achieve project goals.

• Provide project reports and work status on a regular basis.

• Hold site meetings with all/required contractors.

• Hold joint measurements along with client and contractors and certify the.

  measurements for invoice preparation for contractors.
