Hipcouch is looking for an experienced Project Manager

Key Skills

• Min 5+ yrs of experience in Project Management roles.

• At least 2+ yrs experience as Project Manager.

• Interior Fit Outs Background is a must.

• Good Experience in Site execution.

• Experience in Managing Project Executives.

• Good English Communication is a must.

• Good understanding of local languages.

• Additional Degree in Construction (NICMAR) preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3dsMAX are a plus.

Job Role

• Interact with Designers to understand project requirements

• Collect Drawings & Production details from designers.

• Technically check drawings with respect to site condition and recommend changes.

• Analyze drawings & clear all project related doubts with the Designer.

• Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work.

• Assign the right resources for the project.

• Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning contractors to execute the project.

• Monitor installation work regularly & daily update it to all stakeholders.

• In case of any deviations in measurement or changes by the client, additional cost approval should be obtained.

• Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.

• Develop a good rapport with customers & update work status simultaneously to both internal team & customers.

• Interaction with the client for satisfactory project completion.
