Type of furniture items that were used as assumptions to estimate the cost of your Living room
Assumptions
Along with the furniture items you selected, the cost estimate for a typical living room includes the following furniture items/assumptions:
1. Rates for commercial ply are used while pricing all furniture items
2. TV unit with storage/ shelves
3. One side table
4. Center Table
5. Credenza/ Storage Unit
6. Flooring as provided by the developer
7. False ceiling, painting and minor electrical costs are included
8. Basic costing for lights is included
9. Mid-range fabric cost is included for sofas & chairs, if selected
10. Apartment size is used to determine typical living room size
11. Rates are considered for all custom furniture items
12. Costs for soft furnishing (like curtains & extra sofa pillows) are not included
13. Laminate cost of INR 1500/sheet and Veneer cost of INR 1800/sheet has been considered.
