Type of wardrobes that were used as assumptions to estimate cost
Assumptions
Along with the accessories, hardware and options you selected, the cost estimate for a typical wardrobe includes the following assumptions :
- Market rates for good quality Commercial Ply (MR-Grade) & Marine Ply (as per selection) is used for costing
- Labor rates for a customized hand-made wardrobe are considered
- The size of the wardrobe considered is 7 feet in height and 2 feet in depth
- The length of the wardrobe and loft on top (if selected) is based on your input
- The loft height and depth are considered as 2 feet
- Base rates for Laminate (INR 1500/sheet), Veneer (INR 1800/sheet) and Distress Finish (Base Veneer cost 1800/sheet) are assumed.
- Indian hardware brands considered are Ebco, Moda & similar. Imported brands considered are Hafele, Hettich & similar
- Polishing cost for veneer, distress and PU finishes are considered
- Rates for good quality external handles are considered
